A Görögországban termesztett számtalan szőlőfajta közül ötre fogunk összpontosítani: Malagousia, Moschofilero és Assyrtiko fehérre, vörösben pedig Xinomavro és Agiorgitiko. Plusz egy gyors áttekintés a muscati Samosról (nem őshonos szőlőfajta, hanem híres görög borstílus).
